Manchester United released up to nine players this summer, anyone?

The club confirmed that Christian Eriksen and Victor Lindelof were included in the list of players who would not be extended by their devotion. This decision was taken along with the arrival of the new manager, Ruben Amorim, who is believed to bring major changes in the team’s squad and strategy.

While some names have been confirmed to have left, Manchester United is said to still open a discussion room with Tom Heaton. The 39 -year -old goalkeeper is considered to still have important value, especially as an experienced figure in the dressing room.

Although rarely appears, Heaton is considered to be able to act as a mentor and emergency option under the crossbar. The club is reportedly trying to maintain it with a new contract.

The Christian Eriksen era in United ended
