VAR, Goal Posts and Decisive Goals: PSM Makasar vs Borneo Match Full of Drama!

Gilabola.com – Borneo FC managed to bring home three points after beating PSM Makassar with a score of 2-1 in the continuation of the 2025-2026 Super League season. The match took place at the Gelora BJ Habibie Stadium, Parepare, Saturday (18/4/2026) at 19.00 WIB.

From the start of the match, the home team immediately took the initiative to attack. Pressure is built through both sides of the pitch by relying on crosses into the penalty box area. The duo of Alex Tanque and Jacques Medina created several dangerous opportunities, making it difficult for the visitors to develop their game in the early stages.

PSM’s lead was created in the 17th minute. Muhammad Arfan scored a goal with a header after using a pass from Medina, which made goalkeeper Nadeo Argawinata unable to anticipate the ball.

Being left behind by one goal made Borneo FC increase the intensity of their attacks. They started to be more aggressive in entering the opponent’s defense area and creating a number of opportunities.

These efforts bore fruit in the 31st minute. Juan Villa’s free kick hit a PSM player before changing direction and outwitting goalkeeper Hilmansyah, so the score returned to a 1-1 draw.

Towards the end of the first half, PSM tried to respond to the pressure. Muhammad Arfan fired a long-range shot, but the ball flew narrowly over the bar. Until halftime, the score remained 1-1.

Obieta’s goal ensures victory

Entering the second half, Borneo FC immediately appeared to attack. They got a chance from a corner kick situation, but PSM’s back line was still able to block the threat.

In the 55th minute, Koldo Obieta scored a goal, but it was disallowed after a VAR review due to an offside position when receiving a pass from Kei Hirose.

Seven minutes later, Obieta had another golden opportunity in front of goal, but the ball he touched only hit the post.

PSM got a chance with a free kick in the 66th minute. Yuran Fernandes made a deceptive movement before giving the ball to Gledson. The midfielder fired hard, but Nadeo managed to make an important save.

The pressure continued to be put on by the visiting team. In the 79th minute, Mariano Peralta managed to escape from his guard on the right and sent a mature pass to Obieta. The striker managed to maximize the opportunity to score the second goal for Borneo FC.

PSM tried to catch up in the remaining time of the match. Savio Roberto tried his luck with a shot from outside the penalty box, but was again thwarted by Nadeo.

PSM couldn’t use the seven minutes of additional time to equalize the score. Until the final whistle, the position remained 2-1 in favor of Borneo FC.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
