Two Stars Injury Real Madrid returned to training ahead of the Champions League

Gilabola.com – Real Madrid officially announce a squad list to face Marseille in the inaugural match of the Champions League. Two Los Blancos stars, which were originally reported injured, have now returned.

Real Madrid will start their Champions League journey this season by facing the French club, Olympique de Marseille, at the Santiago Bernabeu on Tuesday night local time, or Wednesday early morning WIB 17 September 2025.

This will mark Xabi Alonso’s first match as Real Madrid manager in the Champions League. Ahead of the match, Alonso also announced the list of player squads he called to face the giant Ligue 1 club.

The good news, Madrid called two of his midfielders who had recovered injuries – Jude Belllingham and Eduardo Camavinga, for the match.

The two players have not appeared at all this season, even Camavinga did not play in the Club World Cup due to injury.

However, both of them have now trained with Los Blancos squad for the past week, and have received the green light to return to compete this week.
