Semenyo’s backheel goal brings Manchester City to FA Cup title, Chelsea collapses at Wembley

Gilabola.com – Antoine Semenyo was the difference at Wembley. One backheel touch in the second half was enough to bring Manchester City to beat Chelsea 1-0 and win this season’s FA Cup title, Saturday night WIB.

The goal came in the middle of a match that had previously been tough and full of tension. Chelsea put a lot of pressure on, but City persisted until the final whistle sounded.

This victory means Pep Guardiola’s troops secured two domestic trophies after previously winning the Carabao Cup.

Now City’s attention has immediately shifted to the fight for the Premier League title. They are still two points behind Arsenal with two games remaining.

City immediately took control

Manchester City opened the match with ball domination from the first minute. Chelsea almost couldn’t get out of the pressure at the start of the match.

The first opportunity came in the seventh minute. Semenyo stabbed in then fired a shot which was blocked. The wild ball fell to Omar Marmoush, but the finish was not clean and was still secured by Robert Sanchez.

Eight minutes later City threatened again. Semenyo’s low cross crossed in front of goal, but Erling Haaland failed to reach it at the far post.

Chelsea only started to attack after the 20th minute. Marc Cucurella had time to get space on the left side, while Joao Pedro tried several times to penetrate the City defense.

Even so, the net opportunity remains minimal.

Haaland’s goal disallowed

In the 27th minute, Wembley roared when Haaland scored from close range. However, the Norwegian striker’s celebration was immediately stopped after the linesman raised the offside flag.

Matheus Nunes was first in an offside position when receiving Rodri’s pass before providing an assist to Haaland.

City continued to try to find gaps, but Chelsea slowly started to get comfortable with the rhythm of the match. Robert Sanchez also appeared alert when he parried Haaland’s hard shot before halftime.

The 0-0 score lasted until the first half ended.

Semenyo’s backheel goal breaks the deadlock

Pep Guardiola made changes after the break by bringing in Rayan Cherki. This change immediately gave a different color to City’s attack.

Semenyo actually wasted a golden opportunity in the 48th minute when his header flew over the crossbar even though he was standing freely in front of the goal.

Chelsea then asked for a penalty several times. Joao Pedro and Jorrel Hato fell in the penalty box in a duel with City players, but VAR did not change the referee’s decision.

Then came the deciding moment in the 71st minute.

Haaland moved on the left side of the penalty box before sending a horizontal cutback to the front of the goal. Semenyo greeted him with a beautiful backheel that sent the ball into the Chelsea goal.

Spectacular goal!

Wembley immediately exploded with celebrations from City supporters.

Chelsea tried to respond quickly. Enzo Fernandez had a golden opportunity three minutes later, but his shot went over.

The Blues’ pressure increased in the final 10 minutes, but City almost doubled the score several times through Matheus Nunes and Cherki.

Chelsea’s last chance came in injury time when Liam Delap met Malo Gusto’s cross with a header. The ball deviated slightly from the target.

Not long after, the match was over.

Manchester City officially took home the FA Cup and revived their chances of winning a domestic treble this season.

PakarPBN

A Private Blog Network (PBN) is a collection of websites that are controlled by a single individual or organization and used primarily to build backlinks to a “money site” in order to influence its ranking in search engines such as Google. The core idea behind a PBN is based on the importance of backlinks in Google’s ranking algorithm. Since Google views backlinks as signals of authority and trust, some website owners attempt to artificially create these signals through a controlled network of sites.

In a typical PBN setup, the owner acquires expired or aged domains that already have existing authority, backlinks, and history. These domains are rebuilt with new content and hosted separately, often using different IP addresses, hosting providers, themes, and ownership details to make them appear unrelated. Within the content published on these sites, links are strategically placed that point to the main website the owner wants to rank higher. By doing this, the owner attempts to pass link equity (also known as “link juice”) from the PBN sites to the target website.

The purpose of a PBN is to give the impression that the target website is naturally earning links from multiple independent sources. If done effectively, this can temporarily improve keyword rankings, increase organic visibility, and drive more traffic from search results.
