Persib Bandung’s Dramatic Comeback! Bhayangkara FC Falls 2-4

Starting from Privat Mbarga’s hard kick which Teja Paku Alam failed to secure perfectly, Moussa Sidibe appeared from the second line to grab the rebound. The scoreboard changed to 2-0.
Missing two goals made the Persib players mentally shaken, even Thom Haye was seen showing frustrated gestures on the field.
However, hope emerged before halftime. Federico Barba made amends for his mistake at the back by scoring a header while dropping after receiving a cross from Adam Alis. The first half closed with a score of 2-1.
Entering the second half, coach Bojan Hodak made a change in strategy by bringing in Layvin Kurzawa to replace Robi Darwis. This decision proved to be very effective. It only took four minutes after kick-off in the second half, Kurzawa’s accurate pass was met with a measured header by Berguinho which rattled Aqil Savik’s net. The score was tied at 2-2.
The momentum now completely belongs to Persib Bandung. In the 60th minute, Beckham Putra took individual action which resulted in a deflection goal. This goal also turned things around to 3-2 in favor of Maung Bandung.
Bhayangkara FC tried to catch up, but it was Persib who pulled away again in the 86th minute. Starting from the opposing defender’s less than perfect bow, the ball fell at Adam Alis’ feet. With calm control, Adam fired a hard volley that flew straight into the corner of the goal.
Until the seven minutes of extra time ended, no additional goals were scored. Persib Bandung successfully secured a 4-2 victory in this drama-filled match.
